This two-day immersive workshop equips educators and academic leaders with essential knowledge and practical skills to integrate AI responsibly into higher education. Participants will explore foundational AI concepts, ethical considerations, and cutting-edge applications in teaching, research, and institutional strategy. Through hands-on activities, case studies, and interdisciplinary collaboration, attendees will design AI-enhanced learning materials, develop AI-aware assessments, and examine global and national AI frameworks. A special focus will be given to UNESCO guidelines, Malaysian higher education policies, and sustainable AI adoption. This workshop bridges theory and practice, preparing participants to lead ethical, innovative, and inclusive AI integration in their institutions.
