UCSI Leasing Office is the extension of the existing UCSI Group Property Division. It manages all the properties of the UCSI Group including leasing of its available spaces for retails, food and beverages outlets and more.
At this juncture, the Office covers units or properties available for rent within both Peninsular including UCSI University, Kuala Lumpur Campus, and Connaught Market Centre (CMC) which both are in Cheras as well as UCSI Hospital in Springhill, Negeri Sembilan. Whereas for East Malaysia, the properties available are at Raintree Square at The Isthmus, a stone's throw away from the Borneo Convention Centre Kuching (BCCK) and UCSI Hotel Kuching, Sarawak.
