UniComms and XOX team up

KUALA LUMPUR: UniComms International Sdn Bhd and telco provider XOX Bhd are collaborating to enhance the digital experience for UCSI University students.
Both parties signed an MoU that will see UCSI students benefiting from dedicated student plans under the MYSISWA - Generasi Unlimited programme.
Priced at RM35, the plans cater to a plethora of services that include unlimited data and voice calls, in addition to other services like SMS, international roaming and hotspot data, among others.
“This partnership ensures that UCSI students can attend online classes, hold team meetings, complete assignments and stream videos without any data limitations,” said UCSI Group CEO Prof Datuk Dr Siti Hamisah Tapsir.
“I am confident that this partnership will enhance student experiences and learning outcomes.”
This is the first time MYSISWA plans are being offered to students at private higher education institutions. The initiative has achieved good response at public universities nationwide.

Under the MoU, all dedicated mobile plans for UCSI students will be adorned with the UniComms patent.
UniComms is a mobile virtual network operator and a subsidiary of UCSI Group.
