About Us

In his role as Vice-President of Group Human Resource and Internal Audit, Associate Professor Dato' Dr Toh Kian Kok works to address the needs, requirements and functions of each company within UCSI Group in accordance to company policy, labour law, as well as other social and ethical parameters. To ensure compliance with the University’s goals and objectives, he oversees regular internal audit exercises and he has been instrumental in inculcating a culture of excellence at UCSI. Seeking to match the best people with the correct roles, he fosters an employee-oriented, high performance culture at UCSI that empowers staff to raise the bar in all they do. 

Prior to this, Dr Toh served as Dean of the Faculty of Business and Information Science - the University's largest faculty – where he was responsible for the Faculty's academic operations and strategic direction. He was also chairman of the executive committees of UCSI Extension and UCSI Poll Research Centre as well as Deputy Vice-Chancellor for Compliance, Audit and Quality. 

Dr Toh received his PhD in Statistics from University of Malaya. He also has an MSc in Applied Mathematical Sciences and a BSc Actuarial Science from universities in the United States.
