As vice-president of Group Corporate Affairs, Mr Leong Sat Sing is responsible for enhancing the brand identity of UCSI Group. This encompasses managing brand equity, ensuring consistency throughout the organisation and spearheading initiatives that deliver the brand promise to the general public.
With more than 25 years of experience in the education industry, Mr Leong first made his name when he pioneered the company’s marketing and public relations department of a leading Malaysian higher education provider. He also started the franchising and collaboration activities of the institution.
Mr Leong was subsequently engaged as a training director for a global manufacturing company where he successfully organised various training programmes for the internal and external workforce. After a brief term as head of international sales and marketing at his first place of employment, Mr Leong was appointed CEO of a local private college.
He joins UCSI with the desire to take the Group to greater heights. Mr Leong holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Universiti Malaya and an MBA from Heriot-Watt University.
