UCSI has made it to the top 300 in the 2015 QS Asian University Rankings. The university's first appearance in the continental rankings comes on the back of increasing research output, internationalisation and affiliation with renowned universities like Harvard and Imperial College.
MyCenTHE launches seventh cluster leader in Pahang
The Malaysia Centre for Hospitality and Education (MyCenTHE), a government initiative under the Education NKEA Entry Point Project 10 (EPP10) spearheaded by UCSI University, launched its seventh cluster leader in Pahang on 15 June 2015. The launch was officiated by the Chief Minister of Pahang, Yang Amat Berhormat Dato' Sri Diraja Dr. Haji Adnan bin Yaakob.
Sekolah Sri UCSI students raised more than RM11,000 for Nepal victims
The students of Sekolah Sri UCSI have raised donations amounting to RM11,011.50 for victims of the 7.8 magnitude earthquake that struck Nepal on the 25th of April, 2015.
Royal Oman Police Hospital eyes potential
UCSI University (UCSI) recently hosted the Director General of the Royal Oman Police Hospital during his inaugural visit to the university. Colonel Dr Abdul Malik Sulaiman Khalaf Al Kharusi spent a week from 13-19 May, visiting the UCSI University Kuala Lumpur and Kuala Terengganu campuses.
The Faculty of Business and Information Science became a Certified Member of the Steinbeis Transfer Centre Network on 4th March 2014.
Steinbeis Transfer Centre Network is a German-based company dedicated to the transfer of academic findings and knowledge in the field of business. UCSI University is the first private institution of higher learning involved in such a tie-up with Steinbeis Transfer Centre Network.
