General Manager
Peter Tan
Peter Tan is the General Manager of the Laurent Bleu Skin Science Centre. He is also the founder of UCSI BOSRC and the Senior Business Strategist of the UCSI Group.
Besides possessing a Bachelor and Master’s degree in Engineering, as well as an MBA, his credentials include vast experiences in senior management, entrepreneurship, business start-ups, training, consultancy and project management. He was:
- The founder, principal and shareholder of Sekolah Sri Sedaya, a private primary and secondary school where he remains as a director and shareholder.
- The CEO of TVR Sports (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd., a car manufacturing company where he was deeply involved in producing the hand-built TVR Chimaera, a two-seater, high performance sports car, from its feasibility study to its production, launch, marketing and finally, export.
- The Project Engineer, Plant Engineer, Assembly Plant Manager and Deputy General Manager of Marketing with Cycle and Carriage Bhd.
- The Director of the Engineering School with Federal Institute of Technology, involved in training technologists for the country.
