UCSI Extension is an approved training provider
registered with Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad under
Category “A". It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of UCSI
University. To date, UCSI Extension operates from 2
centres, one in Bandar Baru Klang, Selangor and the
other, at UCSI University in Taman Taynton View, Cheras,
Kuala Lumpur.
It was incorporated in 2001 to meet the demands for
short-term courses and in-house training programmes
required by companies that prioritise continuous training
and skills-development of their employees. In addition,
UCSI Extension recognises the needs and demands of working
adults who have gained experience in related industries
and who are now eager to obtain paper qualifications
on a part-time basis.
Since its inception, we have provided training to approximately
1000 students from various industries at various levels.
Many of our students / participants were employees of
established Multi-national Companies, logistics companies,
local ports and many others. Among the companies that
have sent their staff for training were Kontena Nasional
Berhad, MISC Integrated Logistics S/B, Port of Tanjung
Pelepas, Johor, Bax Global, DHL, TNT, Dell Computers
and Novozymes Malaysia S/b (German-based).
