MARGARET SOO     Vice President, Group Corporate Affairs & COO, UCSI University Foundation           Margaret comes to UCSI Group with 25 years of professional and management experience serving the third sector. A two-time Rotary International Foundation Scholar to North America and Japan, she is interested in the socio-economic transformation of emerging economies and developing countries. As a professional manager, she has a long career serving the national management institute where she worked rank and file to finally reach the leadership position of Acting CEO. She has taught in the classroom, created new businesses and managed project start-ups. She has also trained in corporate settings, served the membership of a national and regional professional body, fundraised and managed major events. As a Rotarian she supports various community projects and is a supporter of the NKF, Hospis Malaysia and Mercy Malaysia.
