Jeffrey Koit, who holds the position as Head, Group Human Resource, obtained a Bachelor of Divinity degree from an esteemed theological institution in the region and has some rich experiences in pastoral counselling before he went on to take up a Human Resource position with a leading retailer in Singapore in 1991. He returned to Malaysia when the retailer set up shop in Kuala Lumpur in 1995 and served as HR and Operations Head until he moved on to the financial industry with a leading local bank in 2002, prior to joining UCSI in 2012. He comes to us with rich experiences gained in strategic human resource functions over the years.
Jeffrey is also certified in Performance Coaching (JMC/ICF, USA); Franklin Covey’s 7 Habits of Highly Effective People (USA), Australia-wide Business Training Pty. Ltd (AWBT) and MindWorks.
