ALLEN J. PATHMARAJAH     Group Advisor           Allen J. Pathmarajah is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, the Marketing Institute of Singapore and the Singapore Human Resources Institute. He is also the Executive Chairman of AJP Advisers Pte. Ltd. (Business Advisers focussed on Organisational Transformation through Leadership Development, Strategic and Financial Management) and the Business Thinking Systems (S) Pte. Ltd. (Business Coaching). He has extensive experience in Financial Services, Industry and Management Consultancy in England, Sri Lanka, Singapore and Malaysia. He was with the Overseas-Chinese Banking Corporation Group ("OCBC"), initially as the Executive Director of Specialists Services Pte. Ltd. and concurrently, as the Special Assistant to the Group Chairman. Thereafter, he was with Great Eastern Life Assurance Co. Ltd. as General Manager and subsequently as its Managing Director. He was also an Adjunct Professor with the Nanyang Business School, Nanyang Technological University. In addition, he is the Chairman and Director of several public-listed and private companies in Singapore and overseas, as well as being a member of several government, professional and charitable committees. He speaks on leadership and various management topics to business and public sectors.
